All purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.

Delivery, Support & Exchanges
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can contact store@partner2learn.com with your transaction and payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
In the event that you have difficulty with the files or codes, please contact us so we can help troubleshoot. For documents, we may provide an updated file. For codes, as long as the code is unused, we will supply a replacement code.
